The Mishimoto Cold‑Side Intercooler Pipe Kit increases airflow to the 1.6L EcoBoost engine in the 2014–2019 Ford Fiesta ST. The factory cold‑side pipe features restrictive bends and a narrow diameter that limit flow and reduce performance under increased boost. Mishimoto replaces the OEM design with 2.5‑inch mandrel‑bent aluminum piping to eliminate restrictions and support elevated power levels.

The stock cold‑side pipe is constructed entirely from plastic, making it prone to fatigue, deformation, and leaks over time. Mishimoto’s aluminum replacement provides long‑term durability and incorporates a CNC‑machined sensor flange for the factory pressure sensor, along with an additional port for methanol injection or a boost gauge. A silicone hose and CNC plug are included to allow deletion of the factory sound symposer system.
