MISHIMOTO Ford Fiesta ST Intercooler Kit, 2014-2019

Mishimoto engineers tested multiple prototype designs to determine the most effective intercooler configuration for the Ford Fiesta ST. After evaluating each option, the final design utilizes a tube‑and‑fin core to maintain airflow to the radiator and reduce overall weight. The upgraded core provides a 51‑percent increase in external size and a 25‑percent increase in internal volume compared to the factory intercooler. During controlled testing, this intercooler reduced intake temperatures by 26°F, delivering consistent performance under sustained boost.

Air‑diversion plates are included to channel airflow through the core for maximum cooling efficiency. The cold‑side intercooler pipe features a CNC‑machined flange for the factory pressure sensor, an additional port for methanol injection or a boost gauge, and a silicone hose with CNC plug for optional deletion of the stock sound symposer system. Durable silicone couplers and stainless‑steel T‑bolt clamps ensure secure, leak‑free connections during high‑load operation.

The intercooler assembly is constructed from TIG‑welded aluminum for long‑term durability and reliable performance. As with all Mishimoto Fiesta ST components, this intercooler kit is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
